The National Union of CARPAs (UNCA) via UNC’app provides information to lawyers on the ecosystem of Lawyers Monetary Settlements Funds (CARPA).In application of its statutes and legal missions (law n ° 91-647 of July 10, 1991) and regulations (decree n ° 91-1197 of November 27, 1991 organizing the profession of lawyer and its decree of July 5, 1996 - decree no.
